FULL-COLOUR DIGITAL LABELSThe print is executed using the digital inkjet technology which gives our customers the ability to combine multiple label designs within one dimension into one order without the additional costs in the form of polymers. This print may be executed on many different substrates, i.a. white paper or metallized paper, transparent, white or metallized polypropylene film, polyethylene film and many others. They can have a regular or an entirely personalized shape. Application of labels: universal.
MULTILAYER LABELS (PEEL-OFF LABELS)Three-sided peel-off labels applicable wherever it is necessary to include more information about the product on the small surface of the label, which increases its readability and the aesthetics of the text. The first page executed in the digital printing technology enables full-colour printing without the use of polymer plates, the second page: single colour flexographic printing using a single polymer plate, third page: once again the digital technology with the use of adhesive varnish, also requiring a single polymer plate. Application in the automotive industry, the cosmetics industry, the pharmaceutical industry, and the household chemical industry.
LABEL ENCHACEMENTLabels with cold stamping
Full-colour digital printing further refined with cold-stamping in the flexo section with silver or gold foil, using a single polymer plate for a common foil stamping theme for all the label designs. This print may be executed on many different substrates, i.a. white paper, polypropylene, transparent or polyethylene film and many others. The labels can be used in the cosmetics industry, the pharmaceutical industry, the dietary supplements industry, the wine industry, the automotive industry, and many others.
Labels with a matte varnish
Labels printed using the digital technology are always glossy by default, but they can be further refined with a matte varnish in the flexo section: selectively (using a polymer plate) or on the whole area of the label (without polymer plates). Applying varnish on labels is a very economical form of ornamentation. Application: universal.
Labels with additionally selected colours (Pantone)
Printing of labels based on the CMYK colour space in the digital technology with the additional possibility of adding colours from outside CMYK, such as metalized colours (gold, silver), fluorescent colours, etc. This form of decoration distinguishes the label, making it more attractive. Secured with a matte or glossy varnish. Application includes the automotive industry, the pharmaceutical industry, the cosmetics industry or the dietary supplements industry.
LABELS WITH PRINT ON THEIR ADHESIVE SIDEPrinting on the adhesive side provides the ability to place additional text about the product on the surface glued to a transparent packaging, leaving the graphics on the first page unaltered. Implementation possible on the flexo section, single colour with the use of a single polymer. Main applications: the food industry, the cosmetics industry, household chemicals industry and many others.
SACHETSWe offer the economical production of low volumes of sachets on multilayer laminates in the digital technology (full-colour printing without polymers), secured with a glossy or matte varnish finish. Necessary in the cosmetics industry.
LABELS ON OPQ SUBSTRATES, CLEAR ON CLEAR (NO LABEL LOOK)Labels on OPQ substrates
Digitaldrucketiketten Labels printed using digital technology (full-colour printing) on a substrate that does not transmit light, providing the possibility of sticking labels on an already labelled product. Applications include companies serving as distributors of products manufactured abroad.
Clear on clear labels (no label look)
Labels printed digitally on transparent substrates with a very transparent glue, often with a white under base. There is a possibility of additional refinement, e.g. using cold stamping, making labels even more attractive. The label imitates print executed directly on the package. Main applications: food industry, cosmetics industry and many others.
